Women Empowerment Cell

The Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) works to raise awareness about gender issues, stereotypes, and biases. It provides support and guidance to women students or employees, especially in areas related to career development, education, health, and personal well-being. Conducts workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on developing skills such as leadership, communication, entrepreneurship, and self-defence. These workshops aim to enhance women’s capabilities and prepare them for professional and personal challenges. Ensures a safe and inclusive environment free from harassment, discrimination, and biases. Implements policies and programs to address gender-based violence, sexual harassment, and other forms of misconduct. Recognizes and celebrates the achievements and contributions of women in various fields. This can include organizing award ceremonies, success stories, and showcasing role models to inspire others.
